Bio
Xinyuan (Caesar) Li is a designer and artist based in Melbourne. His practice focuses on the intersection of digital technologies, traditional Chinese aesthetics, and Western design styles, particularly in the fields of typography and type design. Xinyuan explores transcultural narratives by examining the coexistence of visual forms in English and Chinese, using scripts to reflect on personal identity, society, culture, and history. He has exhibited his work in Melbourne Design Week 2024 and continues to investigate how language and design intersect in contemporary society.
