Changing Times: Posters From the Stuart E Fraser Collection is an exhibition featuring Chinese propaganda posters from the 1960s to 1980s from La Trobe University’s Stuart E Fraser Poster Collection. Mostly political in nature, the posters promote views on issues such as civic duty, public health, community life and unity.

展览“时代变迁——斯图尔特·E·弗雷泽的中国海报收藏”展出了珍藏于拉筹伯大学斯图尔特·E·弗雷泽海报收藏系列中的中国宣传海报。这些海报均源于20世纪60年代至80年代，其中大多数以政治性质为主，聚焦并宣传关于公民责任、公共健康、社会生活和团结等议题的理念。
